Standard Returns Policy

You can return or exchange most items within 30 calendar days (45 days for orders placed in the month of Nov/Dec) after you have received your purchase.

In order to process your request efficiently, please contact us first before returning an item.

Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in their original unused condition. We will not honor returns that have been altered in any way or have been damaged during shipping.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on:

    --  Items returned after 30 calendar days from receipt.
    --  Custom designed jewelry.
    --  Items purchased on sale.
    --  Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized.
    --  Items that have previously been exchanged.

Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be the purchase price of the item, less

  • the original shipping fee (if any)
  • 20% restocking fee

The above charges do not apply to exchanges.

For your protection, we advise that all returns are sent back to us by a traceable carrier and insured at your own expense.

Damaged products?
If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please notify us in writing or by calling  customer service within 48 hours of receipt so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Late Delivery

John S. Brana is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, planning ahead, or for any unforeseen weather, COVID-19, or technical issues with the USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  All "Item Received Late" "No Longer Needed" returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
