General Product, Press & Media Inquiries

John S. Brana Handmade Jewelry is an Internet-based jewelry store and working studio in San Francisco. I do not operate a traditional brick-and-mortar store or showroom, and all purchases are made online.

If you have questions about an existing jewelry design, sizing, materials, care, shipping, returns, or a recent order, please use the contact form below. I am also happy to respond to press and media inquiries.

Please note: I no longer accept custom jewelry design requests and do not offer jewelry repair services.

Please use the form to submit your questions.
