When I design jewelry I want it to look amazing and last for years – but not at the cost of solid gold. That’s why I love working with 14K gold-filled metal. It’s the beauty of gold without the price.

So what is 14K gold-filled? It’s not the same as gold plating. It’s made by bonding a thick layer of real 14K gold to a strong base metal (usually brass). The gold layer is 100 times thicker than a plated piece so it won’t flake or wear off with normal use. In fact it looks and feels like solid gold and will last a lifetime with proper care.
